Integrating

How does the year go by so quickly? I really can’t believe it’s already mid-February. I feel like we just started. I’m really loving this year though. I’m doing a lot of personal growth work, which I’m sure will trickle down into new themes in my writing 😉  A lot of my energy is going to integrating those growth points though.

So far the past month, I’ve been working on rewriting the beginning of Teloria: The Book of the Stars. Working on a story I wrote a decade ago has been both encouraging and daunting. I’ve grown more than I realized as an author, so there are lots of things I want to change. But I still love the story, so I want to keep working on it.

I’m also starting a new story with a friend of mine. I’m not exactly sure what it will look like, but I’m excited to try something new! I’ve never written something with anyone else.
